Pyramid Solitaire

The rules are simple: Ace = 1, King = 13. Exposed cards are on the lower edge of the pyramid or either of the two 'crib' piles. Select any two exposed cards (or the King by itself) with a combined face value of 13 to remove them. 'Winning' involves clearing out the pyramid and the crib.
